Delete your account

You can delete your Ghar Tak account at any time.
In the Ghar Tak app (customers)
- Open the app and tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom, and confirm.
Without the app, or for a shop account
Send us a message from the phone number or email on your account:

Tell us the name and mobile number (or Google email) on the account. Shops: also the shop name. We reply to confirm, then delete it.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, address and house pin, Google details
- Saved addresses, favourite shops and notification tokens
- Your sign-in, so the account can't be used again
What is kept, and for how long
- Order records, with your name, phone number and address removed, for 1 year after each order, because shops need them for their accounts and disputes.
- Wallet transaction records for 1 year, for accounting.
Money left in your wallet
Before deleting, we send any money left in your wallet to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Bonus credit from Ghar Tak is not paid out.

- Reviews you wrote are removed, and no longer count in the shop's rating.
