What the wallet is
The Ghar Tak wallet lets you pay for orders in one tap, without cash at the door. You need to be signed in to use it.
Adding money
- Send money with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank transfer to the account shown in the app, then enter the transaction ID from your confirmation SMS.
- Our team checks every top-up before adding it. This usually takes 5 to 10 minutes during working hours, and the app tells you when it's done.
- The smallest top-up and the most you can add are shown in the app.
- If a payment can't be found, the top-up is declined and you're told why. Check the transaction ID and amount, or contact us.
Paying with the wallet
- Choose Ghar Tak wallet at checkout. The amount is taken when you place the order.
- If you have bonus credit, it's used first.
Refunds into your wallet
If a wallet order is cancelled or declined, or items are removed, the money goes back into your wallet straight away. Bonus credit you used goes back as bonus credit. See refunds and cancellations.
Bonus credit
- Ghar Tak sometimes gives bonus credit, for example as a gift or cashback.
- Bonus credit can only be spent on orders. It can't be withdrawn as cash, and it expires on the date shown in the wallet.
Getting your money back
Money you added yourself is yours. If you want unused money back, contact us from the number or email on your account, and we'll send it to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
Keeping the wallet safe
- We may hold a top-up or pause a wallet while we check unusual activity, such as a transaction ID used twice.
- Misusing the wallet or coupons breaks our terms.
- Shops have their own wallet for their earnings. Its rules are in the partner terms.
